efund Eligibility
Standard Refund Policy:
- You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of enrollment.
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be considered for a refund.
Special Offers & Discounts:
- Courses purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or discounted packages are non-refundable.
EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) Payments:
- No refunds are applicable for courses purchased via EMI.
- Once the 2nd or any subsequent EMI is paid, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address used for registration
- Name of the Course Enrolled
- Payment Screenshot or Transaction ID
- Reason for requesting the refund
Refund Processing
- After reviewing your request, eligible refunds will be initiated within 3–4 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Refunds will only be processed if the request meets all eligibility criteria and includes complete information.
- Skillasset is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of platform policies.
